St. Thomas Aquinas High School offers a program of evening Theology classes for adults in the Seacoast region who desire to continue their education in the Catholic faith. The courses are designed for those who are interested in deepening their understanding of their Faith, Scripture and the Church. They may also be of interest to catechists who would like to further their understanding of the issues they teach to children, adolescents, or adults in the R.C.I.A. program.
St. Thomas Aquinas High School will offer a class during lent on Pope Francis, his life and teachings. The course will be based upon Pope Francis: Untying the Knots by Paul Vallely and The Joy of the Gospel: Evangelii Gaudium Apostolic Exhortation of Pope Francis. Neither book is required for participants, but they are available through Amazon. Evangelii Gaudium can also be downloaded for free from the Vatican Website.
The classes will be held on Tuesday evenings March 4, 11, 18, 25, April 1, 8 from 6pm to 8pm at St. Thomas Aquinas High School (197 Dover Point Road, Dover, NH) in Room 107 near the Atrium entrance. The cost is $60. (Cost reductions are available for financial hardship).
