Small business owners are constantly faced with the question of when to hire an employee, and how to find that right person. They also must address the cost of training employees or more importantly the cost of retaining them. And if that's not challenging enough, the small business owner must continue to motivate and create a company culture built around employee accountability.
To better help small business owners build their business with the one asset that is critical to success - Employees - the Greater Dover Chamber of Commerce will host a Small Business Series called The Year of the Employee: Grow Your People...Grow Your Business. The series is made up of four 2-hour workshops that will feature local experts who will provide guidance and advice in employee development.
The Centrix Bank Small Business Series 2014 "The Year of the Employee" will be held on September 17, October 1, 15, and 29.
