New Hampshire Lodging & Restaurant Association?s 4th Annual Restaurant Week New Hampshire returns Friday, March 20 - Friday, March 27, with a fresh format and new website: RestaurantWeekNH.com.
The 2015 statewide culinary event features more than 100 dining and lodging establishments and is designed to entice residents and visitors alike to experience the wide variety of cuisine available throughout New Hampshire and perhaps extend their adventure with an overnight stay.
?Restaurant Week offers locals and visitors the unique opportunity to experience the diverse and high-quality dining options our Granite State culinary community offers,? said Mike Somers, NHLRA president and CEO.
For eight days participating restaurants offer special Restaurant Week New Hampshire menu items with various pricing options, some including a prix-fixe, three-course lunch and/or dinner menu. ?The chefs from our participating restaurants have once again done an exemplary job creating menus to fit every palate and budget,? said Somers.
Diners can sample some of New Hampshire?s finest, freshest and local specialties in dining atmospheres that range from casual to elegant. Some participating restaurants boast water views while other eateries offer a hip city vibe. Still other rural New Hampshire establishments offer quaint, farm-to-table dining experiences.
Eight chefs from around the state have been chosen as New Hampshire Restaurant Week 2015 Celebrity Chefs, to be announced on February 11, 2015.
Celebrity Chefs were selected based on their contributions to New Hampshire?s culinary community. Each chosen chef strives to bring quality food, unique menus, and the best culinary experience they can offer to the Granite State.
During Restaurant Week New Hampshire consumers can download Celebrity Chef recipes from the new Restaurant Week New Hampshire website at RestaurantWeekNH.com. The website also allows consumers to research restaurants by region, type of cuisine, price point or keyword.
