Ladies Night at White Birch Armory

Description

Join Lanta, owner of Nourish Mind Body Soul, for an hour-long yoga session for May Ladies' Night! Please arrive a few minutes early; yoga will begin promptly at 5:30 PM. Please bring a mat.

After the classroom portion of the evening, students will be brought into the range for live fire training with our female instructors. No prerequisites are required to attend, all are welcome.
