He knows firsthand the reality of wearing every hat in a small business: the exciting strategic work, the tedious administrative tasks, and everything in between.

Over the past year, Bear has been integrating AI into every aspect of his business operations—from strategy and efficiency to daily output—and has discovered how AI can transform the most time-consuming parts of running a business. As a fellow entrepreneur who's "been in the trenches," he understands exactly what works for real businesses with real constraints, not just what sounds good in theory.
